Approval of Fees for Licensing of Vehicles fixed by By-law.—Waipukurau County Council.

IT is hereby notified, in accordance with section 107 of the Counties Act, 1908, that so much of the by-law made by the Waipukurau County Council, and sealed on the 8th day of June, 1919, as appoints the several sums to be paid to the Waipukurau County funds for the licensing of vehicles plying for hire has this day been approved by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries, Lumsden Town District.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be excluded from the Lumsden Town District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
