rate of £4 10s. per centum per annum, together with an
additional yearly payment to provide the necessary sinking
fund, or until the loan is fully paid off.

The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Raglan County Council held at Ngaruawahia on the 12th
day of February, 1919.

The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Raglan has hereunto been
affixed this 12th day of February, 1919, in the presence of—

COUNTY OF EGMONT.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—AUROA ROAD SPECIAL
LOAN, 10 PER CENT.

———

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Egmont County Council hereby resolves as follows :—

That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £145 (such sum being ten per centum
additional of the original loan of £1,490), authorized to be
raised by the Egmont County Council, under the above-
mentioned Act, for the purpose of completing the forming
and metalling of that portion of the Auroa Road situated on
the boundary between the Eltham and Egmont Counties,
from the southern boundary of the National Park and running
in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of Blocks
V and IX, Kaupokonui Survey District, to the southern
boundary of the said Block IX, the said Egmont County
Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eight eighty-
ninths (8/89ths) of one penny in the pound upon the rateable
value of all rateable property of the Auroa Road Special
Rating Area, as described in the Schedule hereunder ; and
that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first
day of January in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between WILLIAM COX and MALCOLM MC-
LEOD, carrying on business as Butchers at Gore, under the
style or firm of “Cox and Company,” has been dissolved as
from the 16th day of February, 1919, so far as concerns the
said Malcolm McLeod, who retires from the said firm.
