THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

And whereas it is therefore expedient to revoke the War Regulations relating to the same matter:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting as and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the War Regulations Act, 1914, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, revoke the War Regulations referred to in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into force on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
SCHEDULE.
WAR REGULATIONS REVOKED.
Regulation 26 of the War Regulations made by Order in Council dated and gazetted the 24th July, 1916.
Regulations 8 and 9 of the War Regulations made by Order in Council dated and gazetted the 4th December, 1916.
War Regulations made by Order in Council dated the 20th February, 1917, and gazetted the 28th February, 1917.
Regulations 1 and 2 of the War Regulations made by Order in Council dated and gazetted the 4th November, 1918.
