EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 36, folio 7, for Subdivision 1, part Section 18, Block XIII, Huiroa Survey District, whereof WILLIAM JONES and GRIFFITH JONES, both of Midhirst, Butchers, are the registered proprietors, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, by the Waitemata County Council, to execute certain public works—to wit, construction of roads through Sections 265, N.W. 186, 258, 266, Lot 1 of S.E. 186, and Lot 4 of 185, of the Parish of Takapuna, in Block IV, Survey District of Waitemata; also through Section 180 (E.R.) of the Parish of Takapuna, in Blocks IV and VIII, Survey District of Waitemata; also through Lots 25, 24, and 23 of Lots 5 and 8 of Section 190, Parish of Takapuna, in Blocks VIII and III, Survey Districts of Waitemata and Rangitoto; also through Section 1 of the Parish of Karangahape, in Block X, Survey District of Titirangi; also through Section S. 189 of the Parish of Waiwera, in Block XII, Survey District of Waiwera; also through Sections 32 and 36 of the Parish of Okura, in Block XVI, Survey District of Waiwera.
