Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waotu North No. 3D No. 2A No. 1A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Monday, the 15th day of December, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Isabella Barnett shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raetihi on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Rose Ellena Punch, of Raetihi, spinster, for the term of forty-two years, at the rent of 2s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental of 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value for the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Tuhi 4C 1A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to James May Arundle, of Ohui, Wanganui, farmer, for a term of thirty years, at a rental of 2s. per acre for the first ten years of the term, 3s. per acre for the next ten years of the term, and 4s. per acre for the last ten years of the term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 3B 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 12th day of December, 1919, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Richard Baddely, of Kakatahi, farmer, for a sum of £6 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhanga No. 18A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Mokai on Tuesday, the 9th day of December, 1919, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”
