along said eastern boundary and along the eastern boundaries
of Sections 6 and 9, Block VIII, Ngamatea Survey District;
thence in an easterly direction generally along the northern
boundary of Pungataua Block and its production to the
middle of the Koukoupo Road; thence south-westerly along
the middle of that road to a point opposite the south-western
boundary of Section 71, Block XII, Ngamatea Survey Dis-
trict; thence to and along said south-western boundary and
along the south-western boundary of Section 70, Block IX,
Maungakaretu Survey District, and its production to the
middle of Hales Road; thence along the middle of that road
in a south-westerly direction generally to a point in line
with the north-eastern boundary of Section 77, Block XVI,
Ngamatea Survey District; thence to and along said north-
eastern boundary and along the southern boundary of Sec-
tion 63, Block XIII, Maungakaretu Survey District, to its
intersection with the summit of the eastern watershed of the
Wangaehu River; thence in a south-westerly direction gene-
rally by lines from hill to hill along the summit of that water-
shed to and along a right line which runs in a north-westerly
direction through trig. station on Okaipe (Block XIV,
Mangawhero Survey District) to a point in the middle of
the Wangaehu River due west about eighteen chains from
the western boundary of Block XIV, Mangawhero Survey
District; thence down the middle of the said river to the
sea; thence in a north-westerly direction along the sea-
coast to the point of commencement.

Regulations for Deer-shooting, Fiordland National Park,
Southland.


LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals
Protection Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby make the following regulations pre-
scribing the conditions under which red-deer stags may be
taken or killed in the Fiordland National Park, Southland.


REGULATIONS.

NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in the Warrant made
under the Animals Protection Act, 1908, dated the 19th day
of October, 1909, and in the Warrant dated the 13th day of
October, 1919, red deer (stags only) may be taken or killed
within the Fiordland National Park, Southland, from the
20th day of March, 1920, to the 20th day of April, 1920, both
days inclusive, by persons to whom licenses have been or may
hereafter be issued by the Chief Postmaster at Invercargill,
pursuant to the Warrant of 13th day of October, 1919, making
regulations for deer-shooting in Southland, subject, however,
to the conditions fixed in that Warrant.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this eighteenth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Appointing Commissioners to classify Pastoral Runs in
Canterbury Land District.


LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the two-hundred-and-twenty-fifth
section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito
Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

HENRY DOUGLAS MORPETH HAZARD,
RALPH ANDERSON CHAFFEY, and
WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM

Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural
lands in the Canterbury Land District known as Runs
Nos. 136A, 139, and 169A, as provided by the said section
two hundred and twenty-five.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this thirteenth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Notifying Lands in Marlborough Land District for Sale by
Public Auction.


LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section
of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the fifteenth
day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty,
as the time at which the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix
the price at which the said land shall be sold as that
mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.

Marlborough County.—Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey
District.

SECTION Part 158: Area, 56 acres; upset price, £896.
Excepting the break-away of terrace, it is all flat agri-
cultural land, from very good to light soil. Within three
miles of Renwicktown by good road.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this fourteenth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred
upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section
of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint Thursday, the fifteenth
day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty,
as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule
hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix
the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those
mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.

Marlborough County.—Mount Olympus Survey District.—
Town of Wairau Valley.

SECTIONS 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10: Area of each section 2 roods;
upset price for each section, £12.
Situated near Hillersden Settlement, in the Wairau Valley,
about twenty-three miles from Blenheim by good motor-
road, and close to post-office, hotel, school, and store. All
level, good building sites.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this fourteenth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory
Declarations.


PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices
of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons
set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the
office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908,
at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule,
are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations
under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the
Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
