At the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day of November, 1919.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the sixteenth day of May, one one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

UMUKAIMATA No. 3B No. 1 Block: Approximate area, 450 acres 0 roods 10 perches; Totoro and Aria Survey Districts.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Makaka Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of November, 1919.
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Makaka Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

CHARLES ALLENBY,
MARTIN WALTER BARKER,
ALBERT VICTOR CORKILL,
HUGH CECIL DUCKITT, and
JOHN HENRY PHILLIPS,

as from the twenty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, to be the Makaka Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. Charles Allenby, Makaka, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

MAKAKA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 1 and 2, Block X, Kaupokonui Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 31, 458 links; towards the east by Section No. 3, 437 links; towards the south by Opunake Road, 458 links; and towards the west by Section No. 29, 437 links.
Also all that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres, more or less, being Section No. 43, Block X, Kaupokonui Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Sections Nos. 35 and 37, 1742 links; towards the east by Aui Street, 804 links; towards the south by Section No. 52, 1742 links; and towards the west by Section No. 51, 804 links.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/279, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
