declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to
the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Settlement Reserves, being Sections 42, 43, and 44 of
Block XV, Kaupokonui Survey District, and Section 75 of
Block III, Waimate Survey District : Area, 749 acres l rood
18 perches.

Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than
Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of November, 1919.
Present :
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby pro-
hibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order
in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the
Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

SCHEDULE.
WAIUKU West No. 143 (Huarau) Block: Approximate area,
300 acres; Maioro Survey District.

Declaring Turitea Road, in the Waitomo County, to be a
County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of November, 1919.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that road situated in the Auckland Land District,
Waitomo County, known as Turitea Road, commencing at
its junction with Ngutunui Road, and proceeding thence
generally in a south-westerly direction, adjoining or passing
through Takotokoraha No. 3c 2 Block, Blocks XI and XV,
Crown land, Section 5 Puketarata No. 8D 2 Block, Native
reserve, Block XV, Sections 2 and 6, Block XVI, Turoto
Section B No. 2B Section 6, Turoto C No. 2B D 2/2A Section
3, and Otorohanga No. 4B 2B Block, Block XV, Pirongia
Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Hau-
turu-Otorohanga Road ; being a distance of 4 miles 60 chains,
more or less. As the said road is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 47320, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Makokomiko Road, in the Kaitieke County,
to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of November, 1919.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the portion of road described in the Sche-
dule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Makokomiko Road, in the Wellington
Land District, Kaitieke County, commencing at a point
sixty chains east of Wanganui River Road, and continuing
thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or pass-
ing through Sections part 7, 8, 9, and part 10, Block IV,
Hunua Survey District, to a point three chains west of eastern
boundary of Section 2, Block IV, Hunua Survey District,
being a distance of two miles and a quarter, more or less.
As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 47312, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wel-
lington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Roto Road, in the Ohura County, to be a
County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth
day of November, 1919.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the portion of road described in the Sche-

District, Ohura County, commencing at a point thirty-one
chains north of its junction with the Aorangi Road, and
continuing thence in a north-easterly direction, adjoining or
passing through Sections 13, 32, 37, 35, 34, and 33, Block XI,
Ohura Survey District, to its junction with the Turoto Road;
being a distance of two miles more or less. As the said
portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 47313, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon coloured red.
