Colonel Charles William Melvill, C.B., C.M.G., D.S.O., is ap-
pointed to command Wellington Military District. Dated
1st November, 1919.
Colonel Robert Young, C.M.G., D.S.O., is appointed to com-
mand Canterbury Military District. Dated lst November,
1919.
Lieutenant-Colonel James Henry Whyte, D.S.O., D.C.M., re-
linquishes the command (temp.), Wellington Military Dis-
trict. Dated 31st October, 1919.

Regimental Sergeant-Major (W.O.) Hugh James Mulholland
to be Lieutenant, and is appointed Officer in Charge,
