In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47260, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Justice of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County:
And whereas the Franklin County Council has laid before the Governor-General a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Counties Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

1 1 15-2 Portion of Allotment 39a; coloured red.
1 1 24-7 163 ” blue.
Situated in Koheroa Parish, Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District. (S.O. 19319.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Stopping a Government Road in Blocks II and III, Waitemata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 acres 2 roods 22 perches.
Adjoining Section 286, Pukeatua Parish, Blocks II and III, Waitemata Survey District. (S.O. 20511.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46889, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
