Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers,
under Ordinary Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same are hereby set apart for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Road-lines laid out
through Arapawanui Block to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the thirtieth day
of April, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen,
and published in Gazette of the eighth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and nineteen, certain road-lines laid out through
the Arapawanui Block were proclaimed as public roads in
terms of section forty-eight of the Native Land Amendment
Act, 1913:
And whereas an error was made in the description of the
said road-lines in the Schedule to the Proclamation herein-
before referred to, and it is desirable that the said Schedule
should be amended:
Now, therefore, I Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
upon me by section forty-eight of the Native Land Amend-
ment Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby amend the Proclama-
tion dated the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine
hundred and nineteen, hereinbefore referred to, by omitting
from the Schedule thereto the words "portion of Arapa-
wanui Block No. 2, Block XIV, Moeangiangi Survey District,"
and substituting therefor the words "portion of the
Arapawanui Block intersecting and adjoining Arapawanui
Nos. 2 and 3 Blocks, situated in Block XIV, Moeangiangi
Survey District"; and by omitting the words "Adjoining
Arapawanui Block No. 1, Block XVI, Maungaharuru Survey
District," and substituting therefor the words "Portion of
Arapawanui Block intersecting Arapawanui No. 1 Block,
situated in Block XVI, Maungaharuru Survey District."

the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal
by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special
tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

Area, 159 acres.
