authorities enabling me in this behalf, and acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, do hereby declare and appoint that the
time at or before which you shall present to me your report
aforesaid is hereby extended to the seventh day of February,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

And, with the like advice and consent, and in further
pursuance of the said power and authority, I do hereby
revive and confirm the said Commission.

And I do hereby declare that the provisions of the said
Warrants shall apply as fully and effectively in all respects
as if the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty, was the date for expiration originally fixed in
the said Warrants.

Date of Election to fill Extraordinary Vacancy on the
Woolston Fire Board by Fire-insurance Companies.

Wellington, 5th November, 1919.

PURSUANT to the Fire Brigades Act, 1909, and the
rules made thereunder, I, John Bird Hine, Minister
of Internal Affairs, being the Minister charged with the
administration of the said Act, do hereby appoint Thursday,
the 20th November, 1919, to be the day for holding the
election of one member of the Woolston Fire Board by the
fire-insurance companies concerned, such election being held
to fill an extraordinary vacancy caused by the resignation of
Mr. H. S. Batchelor.
