Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau 3J 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Friday, the 5th day of December, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Clifford Eru Cotton for a term of fifteen years, at a rental of 2s. per acre or Government valuation, whichever is the greater.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rawhiti 2B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 16th day of January, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Murdock Fraser, of Whangarei, Farmer, for the sum of 15s. per acre. The said Murdock Fraser to pay the survey costs on the land.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Punakitere 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to John Archibald Cyril Fleming for the price of £3 10s. per acre or present Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakatere-Manawakaiaia B 35 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 1.45 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Emily Ezilpha Goodhue, of Taheke, married woman, for a term of forty-two years, at a yearly rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the unimproved Government valuation during the second twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kohatutaka 6K 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Herbert Renwick, of Kaikohe, settler, for the term of forty-two years, payable at the rate of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. of the unimproved value for next twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna 30 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Wednesday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Charles Andrew Matson, of Kaikohe, farmer, for the price of £16 per acre.”
