Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pipiwai No. 2a No. 16 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Tuesday, the 2nd day of December, 1919, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to Joseph Thomas Brown, of Moengawahine, for the sum of £1 net per acre, the said J. T. Brown to pay all survey costs and other liens due on the said land."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Takou East A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Saturday, the 25th day of October, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be leased to Henare Ngapuhi Renata, returned soldier, for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value as ascertained in the year 1939 during the next twenty-one years. The lessee to be compensated for all improvements on the land at expiration of the lease."

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 1b 2b, Section 4, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Thursday, the 4th day of December, 1919, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to W. L. Harrison, of Utakura, for the sum of £3 10s. per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otuhuia Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waitotara on Wednesday, the 29th day of October, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof be accepted."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutukau East B No. 7b No. 7 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Thursday, the 13th day of November, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to George Rayner shall be agreed to."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngapeke No. 5c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tauranga on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Hirama Mokopapaki shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Arthur Skinner shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Martin Quirk shall be agreed to."
