Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rawhiti No. 2B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 5th day of November, 1919, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Murdock Donald Fraser, of Whangarei, for the sum of 15s. per acre, and that the said Murdock Donald Fraser shall pay survey costs and all other liens in respect of the said land.”

Dated at Auckland this 30th day of September, 1919.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga 4A No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 5th day of December, 1919, at 3.15 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Teri Mekii for the sum of 10s. per acre or the amount of a new Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

Dated at Auckland this 30th day of September, 1919.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motukiore J No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Saturday, the 1st day of November, 1919, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Rihi Pero Mete for the term of twenty-one years at the yearly rental of 2s. per acre.”
