Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaiwaka 2B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Tuesday, the 14th day of October, 1919, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a license to cut all kahikatea timber on the land be granted to William Robert Paterson. The license to be for five years, and the consideration to be the amount of a special valuation of the said timber. License to include all usual rights to construct tramways, roads, and works over the said block, and all incidental rights necessary for the purpose of working the said timber.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matamata North No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Tuesday, the 14th day of October, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £857 10s.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 110, Parish of Tamahere, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Tuesday, the 14th day of October, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to James Edward Dobbs for the sum of £600.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 100, Parish of Tamahere, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Tuesday, the 14th day of October, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Parepumai te Whetuiti for the sum of £20 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 107B, Parish of Tamahere, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Tuesday, the 14th day of October, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to William Glasson Phillips for the sum of £20 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2A 4N 1 is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Thursday, the 16th day of October, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the Nuhaka 2A 4N 1 Block be leased to Myra Powdrell, of Hawera, wife of Walter Dutton Powdrell, of the same place, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at the annual rental of 2s. an acre, with a right to renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at an annual rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the then unimproved valuation, or with the right to compensation for all improvements effected by the lessee.”
NOTE.—Government capital value, £369.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heiotahoka Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Thursday, the 16th day of October, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the Heiotahoka Block be leased for a period of twenty-one years to Te Waaka Hatata and Pukaru Waiwai, both Maoris and both owners in the said block, at Government valuation.
“ (2.) That out of 1,100 acres, 300 acres should be excluded from the proposed lease, and that 300 acres be leased over to the proposed lessees.
“ (3.) That the said 300 acres be allocated as follows, viz.:—
“ (a.) Fifteen acres from the west of road from Tapui Station to Erepeti.
“ (b.) Thirty acres to west of Rara Reserve where the boundary-line strikes the Waikare Fall.
“ (c.) Two hundred and fifty-five acres to southern side of the said Heiotahoka Block—namely, to south of Tarere.”
NOTE.—Government valuation for 1,100 acres is £3,615.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaputahi Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Thursday, the 16th day of October, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a lease of the Ngaputahi Block be granted to Kaho te Hapi, of Te Rara, and Tuahine Whakahoro, of Wairoa, as tenants in common in equal shares, for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental for the first ten years of 5 per cent. of the capital value of the land according to the current Government valuation roll, and at an annual rental for the remainder of the term of 5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the land according to the Government valuation roll in force at the expiration of the first ten years, and with a provision entitling the lessees at the expiration of the lease to receive compensation for improvements, and a provision permitting the lessees to use timber growing on the block for fences upon or around the block.”
NOTE.—Government valuation is £597.
