THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

bank of the Kaipara River; thence on the south-east and
south by the said road which follows the bank of the Kai-
para River and by Springs Road to the Parkhurst Main Road ;
thence on the north-east by a line crossing Springs Road to
the north-western corner of Section 10, and by the Park-
hurst Main Road to the north-western corner of Section 6 ;
thence on the north and north-east by the northern boundary
of Section 6 and by a right line parallel to the Parkhurst
Main Road, and 500 links distant therefrom, 1560 links ;
thence on the south-east by a right line to the angle in the
Parkhurst Main Road opposite the public road before de-
scribed ; thence on the south-west by a diagonal line across
the Parkhurst Main Road to the point of commencement.
And that such special rate shall be an annually recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly
on the first day of July in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until
the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a correct copy of a
minute of the Waitemata County Council passed at a meeting
of the said Council held on the 15th day of August, 1919.

LOST POLICY.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the
Equitable Life Assurance Society of U.S., after the
expiration of one month from the publication of this notice,
to issue a certified copy policy, under section 59 of the Life
Insurance Act, 1908, in lieu of policy numbered 329436, on
the life of CHARLES WILLIAM ANDERSON, of Wellington, the
said policy having been lost.

the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar
of Births and Deaths at Dunedin.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between CHARLES DUNCAN and JOHN
YOUNG HANNAY, carrying on business at Napier as Motor-
garage Proprietors and Motor-car Dealers, under the style of
"Duncan and Co.," has been dissolved by mutual consent as
from the 4th day of September, 1919.
All debts due and owing to and by the said late firm will be
received and paid respectively by the said JOHN YOUNG
HANNAY, who will continue to carry on the said business.
