Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hakaraiwahine will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Wednesday, the 24th day of September, 1919, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the land be sold to George Arthur Bush for the amount of the Government valuation."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoi C No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on the 24th day of September, 1919, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the land be leased to Thomas E. Tasker for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of £1 12s. per acre."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaipapaka B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Wednesday, the 24th day of September, 1919, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:
"That the land be sold to Henry R. Bush for the sum of £9 per acre."

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 74, folio 147, for Lot 26 on deposited plan No. 478, being part of Section 12, Town of Hawera, whereof ERNEST COLIN HAYTON, of Hawera, Plumber, is the registered proprietor, and also of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 28100 over the said land, which mortgage is in favour of HARRIETT TAWSE, of Wanganui, Widow, and application having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title and to register a discharge of the said mortgage without the production of the said Mortgage No. 28100, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate and will register such discharge of mortgage as requested, within fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
