REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ruapekapeka 1H 1B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Friday, the 21st day of February, 1919, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be sold to Herbert Rouse, of Hukerenui, for the sum of £2 per acre."

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 2D No. 11 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taheke on Wednesday, the 19th day of February, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be revested in the Native owners."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Touwai B No. 35B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaeo on Saturday, the 1st day of March, 1919, at 10.30 o'clock in the fore-

Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Wednesday, the 19th day of February, 1919, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be leased to Rameka Morunga and Paki Ripia for a term of fifty years at a rental of 1s. 3d. per acre per annum for the first twenty-five years, and an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the unimproved Government valuation during the second twenty-five years."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaikou 3 Block, Lot 12, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Friday, the 21st day of February, 1919, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said land be leased to Hone Peepe, of Moengawhine, for a term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation. The lessee to fence the block, and sow it in European grasses."
