Mariana Pine, deceased, living at the time of their respective deaths, or claiming to be the legal representatives of such of the next-of-kin as are now dead, or claiming to be otherwise interested in the estates of Erueti Arani, deceased, and Mariana Pine, deceased, such claims to be entered in the Native Appellate Court by a date to be fixed by that Court; (5) that the proper officer of the Native Appellate Court ought to be directed to transmit to the Registrar of the Privy Council, with the record hereinafter referred to, the names of any such persons claiming to be such next-of-kin or otherwise interested as aforesaid, and liberty ought to be granted to such persons (if any) to intervene in the appeals to lodge printed cases and to appear by counsel at the hearing if they should be so advised; and (6) that the proper officer of the Native Appellate Court ought to be directed to transmit to the Registrar
of the Privy Council an authenticated copy under seal of the record proper to be laid before Your Majesty on the hearing of the appeals upon payment by the petitioner of the usual fees for the same." His Majesty having taken the said report into consideration was pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to approve thereof, and to order as it is hereby ordered that the same be punctually observed, obeyed, and carried into execution. Whereof the Governor-General, Lieutenant-Governor, or Officer administering the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies for the time being, and all other persons whom it may concern, are to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
