Kaipara Survey District, Waitemata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur Wil-
liam de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waite-
mata County Council, being the local authority in whose
district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land
in Kaipara Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as
aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 rood 38·14 perches.
Portion of Section 12; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 35·62
perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 12 and 14; coloured
green.
All situated in Ararimu Parish, Block XI, Kaipara Survey
District. (S.O. 15955.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block II,
Motu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the pur-
poses of a public school in Block II, Motu Survey District :
And whereas the Education Board of the District of
Auckland has laid before the Governor-General a memorial,
accompanied by a map in duplicate, and also the statutory
declaration, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the Education Act, 1914, and
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said public
school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District
of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and nineteen.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5 acres.
Portion of Whakapaupakini No. 3 Block, Block II, Motu
Survey District (Poverty Bay R.D.).
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44624,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

XI, Puketapu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes
of a recreation-ground in Block XI, Puketapu Survey Dis-
trict:
And whereas an agreement has been entered into,- in
terms of section twenty-seven of the said Act, to take such
land for the public work hereinafter set forth:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister
has recommended the Governor-General to issue a Procla-
mation taking the land as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and autho-
rities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and
the Public Works Amendment Act, 1910, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the
agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the said recreation-ground; and I also
hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the eighth day of February, one thousand nine
hundred and nineteen.
