boundary of Section 5, Block VII, and Sections 7, 8, and 9, Block XI, to Section 26, Block XV; thence by the north-western, western, and southern boundaries of Section 26, Block XV, to the Waikaka Road; thence crossing the Waikaka Road to the Waikaka Stream; thence following the Waikaka Stream in a northerly direction to the southern boundary of Section 21, Block XV, Aria S.D.; thence by the southern boundary of Section 21 in an easterly direction to Section 24, Block XV; thence by the western boundary of Section 24 to the Whenuakura Road; thence in a westerly direction to the western boundary of Section 9, Block XV; thence in a southerly direction following the boundary of Sections 9 and 17, Block XV, Aria S.D., to the starting-point.
And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan has been fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy of and extract from the minutes of the proceedings of the Ohura County Council as passed at a meeting of the said Council at Ohura on the 6th day of November, 1918.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the WAIWAI MINERAL WATER COMPANY (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company’s office on the 16th day of December, 1918, the following special resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 31st day of December, 1918, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908; and that CHAS. MACCULLOCH be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

NOTICE RE DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
Notice is hereby given that Mr. E. R. B. Holben has purchased Mr. William Kirk’s interest in the business heretofore carried on at Palmerston North, under the style or firm of “Holben and Kirk,” and in future the business will be carried on by Mr. Holben on his own account, and he will collect all accounts owing to the late firm and discharge all liabilities thereof.

UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
Notice is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Wellington requires to take for a public work—namely, a public school within the meaning of the Education Act, 1914, and purposes connected therewith—all that piece of land situate in and being part of Section 595 on the plan of the City of Wellington, and being the land now or lately vested in the executors of the will of Gerald de Thierry Sampson, deceased.
And notice is hereby given that a plan of the said land is open for inspection at the offices of the said Board in Mercer Street, in the City of Wellington.
All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing well-grounded objection to the execution of such work or the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the said Board.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.
Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between WALTER THOMAS ONION and JAMES ONION in the Thames Reinforced Concrete Works carried on at Parawai, Thames, under the style of “Onion Bros.,” has been dissolved as from the 19th day of December, 1918, and that the said business will be carried on from this date by WALTER THOMAS ONION.

Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the patentee to present a petition to the Supreme Court at Invercargill, after the expiration of ten days from the publication of this notice, praying that the term of each of the above letters patent may be extended, pursuant to section 20 of the above Act, for a further term.
