appointment as a member of a Special District Medical
Board on 11th February, 1918, and relinquished his rank
and appointment in the N.Z. Medical Corps as from 11th
March, 1918, on the termination of his military duties.
Captain Alexander Hendry, M.B., having vacated the appoint-
ment of Principal Medical Officer, Queen Mary Hospital,
Hanmer, relinquishes his rank and appointment in the
N.Z. Medical Corps. Dated 28th November, 1918.
Note.—This officer performed the duties of Principal
Medical Officer, Queen Mary Hospital, Hanmer, from 12th
March, 1918, to 28th November, 1918, and acted as a
member of a Special District Medical Board from 25th
January, 1918, to 25th October, 1918.
