HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Hobson County Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges of the Hobson County Council Horehore Drainage Loan of £600, 1918, authorized to be raised by the Hobson County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of carrying out the drainage-work in the Horehore Drainage Area, the said Hobson County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-eighths of a penny in the pound on all land classed A in the said drainage area, three-sixteenths of a penny in the pound on all land classed B in the said drainage area, and one-sixteenth of a penny in the pound on all land classed C in the said drainage area, on the basis of the unimproved value, of all rateable property classed A, B, and C respectively in the said Horehore Drainage Area, such special area being Sections Nos. 1 to 48 inclusive of Horehore No. 1 and Sections Nos. 1
