Appointments, Promotions, and Transfers of Officers of the N.Z. Expeditionary Force.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, and transfers of the undermentioned officers on active service with the N.Z. Expeditionary Force (vide List No. 64, N.Z. E.F. Orders).

AUCKLAND MOUNTED RIFLES.

Major W. E. Carter, from commanding a company at N.Z. Convalescent Hospital, is placed on the N.Z. Roll. Dated 1st April, 1918.

WELLINGTON MOUNTED RIFLES.

Lieut.-Colonel A. H. Herbert, D.S.O., relinquishes the appointment of O.C. N.Z.E.F. Ordnance Corps and D.A.D.O.S., N.Z. Division, but remains seconded for service with a British formation. Dated 31st March, 1918.
