Major A. R. L. D. Carbery, F.R.C.S., is granted the temporary rank of Lieut.-Colonel whilst employed as S.M.O., N.Z. Command Depot, to date 19th December, 1917, until promoted Lieut.-Colonel on 10th January, 1918.

N.Z. ARMY NURSING SERVICE.

22/434, Staff Nurse F. M. Shirtcliffe, attested in England, is taken on the strength of the N.Z.E.F., with seniority from date of attestation. Dated 10th January, 1918.

N.Z. DENTAL CORPS.

Major J. N. Rishworth is taken on strength, with seniority from date of disembarkation from Hospital Ship “Maheno.” Dated 8th December, 1917.

Captain H. K. Allison is placed on the N.Z. Roll from date of embarkation on Hospital Ship “Maheno.” Dated 24th December, 1917.

Major J. N. Rishworth is seconded for duty as Dental Officer, N.Z. Section, Queen’s Hospital, Sidcup, Kent. Dated 9th January, 1918.

N.Z. CHAPLAINS DEPARTMENT.
