In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of the TROPICAL FRUIT COMPANY (LIMITED).
THE Tropical Fruit Company (Limited), being a foreign
company within the meaning of the Companies Act,
1908, and being about to carry on business in New Zealand,
hereby gives notice that its office is situate in the Gladstone
Building, Quay Street, Auckland.

HORAHORA LAND COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 223 of the
Companies Act, 1908, and to subsection (6) of section
168 of the Companies Act, 1908, that the following resolutions
were passed as special resolutions on the 20th day of May,
1918 :—
“That as the company has disposed of its assets and has
satisfied its liabilities, that it be and is hereby wound up
voluntarily.
“That STANLEY GEORGE CHAMBERS be and is hereby ap-
pointed Liquidator at a fee of £3 3s.”
And further notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 230
of the Companies Act, 1908, that the following resolution was
passed as an extraordinary resolution the 4th day of June,
1918 :—
“That the accounts of the Liquidator are satisfactory, and
that he retain the books, accounts, and documents of the
company for one year from this date, and thereafter destroy
them.”

UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL CONCILIATION AND
ARBITRATION ACT.—The issue of this publication in
monthly parts has been discontinued; but it has been
arranged to supply copies in sheet form when each sheet
is printed, at 10s per annum. The price of bound volumes
is 5s. in quarter cloth, and 7s. 6d. in cloth.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate
of 33s. per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN
ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be sub-
scribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 3 o’clock of the day preceding
publication
