ERRATUM.—In the second column (second item) of the Schedule to the Proclamation dated 4th March, 1913, published in Gazette No. 19, page 755, of 6th March, 1913, taking land for the purposes of a quarry and gravel-pit in Blocks III, Orahiri, and XIV, Pirongia Survey Districts, Waitomo County, for “Orahiri No. 2 No. 7B” read “Orahiri No. 2, Section 7.”
Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Waihou Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees and mortgagees of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Thames County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.

Situated in Block I, Waihou Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/544, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (Auckland Plan 18904, blue.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirtieth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Lands reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), a Scenery Preservation Board is constituted, and it is enacted that such Board shall, when so directed by the Minister charged for the time being with the administration of the said Act, inspect any lands possessing scenic or historic interest, or on which there are thermal springs, and make inquiries respecting the same, and report to the Governor-General; and shall from time to time recommend what lands, whether Crown or private, shall be permanently reserved as scenic, thermal, or historic reserves: And whereas the said Board was duly directed to inspect and report on the land described in the Schedule hereunder, and has recommended that the said land should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers contained in the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereunder shall be a scenic reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and subject to the provisions thereof.

LADY LAKE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 693 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Reserve No. 988, situated in Block IX, Kopara Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at tube IV on the westernmost corner of Section 3064, Block IX aforesaid, and continuing along the northern boundary of part of Subdivision 1 of Section 856, Block X, Te Kinga Survey District, bearing 296° 47′ 1116·2 links, 296° 45′ 602·8 links, 297° 0′ 25″ 1416·9 links; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Section 2901, Block V, Kopara Survey District, bearing 355° 1′ 2432·1 links, 10° 25′ 891·7 links, 24° 56′ 30″ 1686·5 links, 346° 37′ 1268·2 links, 6° 5′ 3389·8 links, 70° 7′ 2332·3 links, 90° 3605·6 links, to a point on the Bell Hill—Poerua Road; thence along the said road bearing 200° 41′ 1215·8 links, 193° 32′ 950·5 links, 159° 49′ 30″ 914·6 links, 175° 56′ 30″ 1571 links; thence along Crown lands, bearing 255° 39′ 30″ 1052·2 links, 189° 36′ 1194·1 links, 148° 34′ 702 links, 128° 30′ 30″ 396·8 links, 116° 10′ 680 links, 121° 54′ 351·2 links, 103° 41′ 30″ 704·8 links, 150° 36′ 3281·4 links, to a point on the northern boundary of aforesaid Section 3064; thence along the northern boundary of the said section, bearing 257° 32′ 30″ 6314·7 links, to point of commencement :
