Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Hauanu B is summoned and will be held, in pursuance
of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manutahi
on Friday, the 22nd day of February, 1918, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution:-
"That the said land be sold to Marjorie Fownes Porcher,
of Dunder House, Wells, Somerset, England, married woman,
at a price not less than the present Government valuation
of the said land."

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

INGLIS, of Mahoetahi, near Waitara, the registered
proprietor of parts of Sections 53 and 58, Waitara West Dis-
trict (Block III, Paritutu Survey District), the land in certi-
ficate of title, Vol. 86, folio 6, to register a re-entry by him
under a deed granting rights to bore for and remove petroleum
oil from above-described land, dated 13th day of October,
1903, registered in the Deeds Office at New Plymouth as No.
30072, made between JOHN RENDALL AND OTHERS
and THE NEW ZEALAND OIL-WELLS PROPRIETY
(ADELAIDE), the said rights being vested in the Taranaki
Petroleum Company (Limited), I hereby give notice that I
will register the re-entry, as requested, after the expiration
of one month from the 25th day of January, 1918.

A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional certificate of title, in favour of MAT-
THEW WHITE, of Fortrose, Carpenter, for Sections 11
