Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 23 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Batley on Friday, the 22nd day of February, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £410." Dated at Auckland this 22nd day of January, 1918.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tikapaahinekopeka 1 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Tuesday, the 26th day of February, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the above block be leased to Makarita Haenga, of Rangitukia, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of Government capital value, with compensation for improvements." Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraehara F' is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tikitiki on Tuesday, the 26th day of February, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the owners of Maraehara F shall become incorporated under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909." Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.

"That the owners of Maraehara A Block shall become incorporated under Part XVII of the Native Land Act, 1909." Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whetumataraeu Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof at the capital value shall be accepted." Dated at Wanganui this 17th day of January, 1918.

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whetumataraeu Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That part of Whetumataraeu Block be leased to Poneke Huihui, farmer, of Te Araroa, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the Government valuation for the first ten years, and thereafter at a rental equal to 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved valuation. No right of renewal or compensation for improvements." Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whetumataraeu Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That a lease of portion of Whetumataraeu Block be given to Arthur William Henderson, of Te Araroa, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the Government capital valuation for the first ten years, and at a rental of 5 per centum per annum of the then Government valuation for the balance of term. No right of renewal or compensation for improvements." Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakaangiangi 6B 2B Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said block be sold to the trustees of the Waiapu Returned Soldiers’ Trust at a price equal to the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the same.” Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tokata 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 2nd day of March, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That the said block be leased to Henare Ahuriri, of Wharekahika, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation, together with the right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to five per centum per annum of the then Government unimproved valuation, or with the right to compensation for improvements.” Dated at Gisborne this 18th day of January, 1918.
