DARGAVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION STRIKING RATE TO COVER CHARGES ON
SUPPLEMENTARY MANGAWHARE ROAD LOAN OF £90.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,
and the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and their respective
amendments, the Dargaville Borough Council hereby resolves
as follows:—
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £90, authorized to be raised by the
Dargaville Borough Council, under the authority of section 18
of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of com-
pleting the work of forming, metalling, &c., the Mangawhare
Road, the said Dargaville Borough Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of one one-hundred-and-twentieth of a
penny in the pound upon the unimproved rateable value of
all rateable property in the Borough of Dargaville; and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first
day of February and the first day of August in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the reso-
lution passed by the Dargaville Borough Council on Tuesday,
16th April, 1918.
