THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawhia C 3, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Tuesday, the 18th day of June, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to Tema Pouwhare for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Temo Pouwhare for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Thomas Kelly for the sum of £3 5s. 6d. per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to Henry George Briggs for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of £1 per acre during the first twenty-one years, and £2 per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be leased to Edward H. Schnackenberg for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental 3s. per acre during the first ten years, and 4s. 6d. per acre during the remaining eleven years.”
