Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 15 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Monday, the 17th day of June, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1,000.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rapaura 2A, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Monday, the 17th day of June, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Alfred William Jones for the sum of £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukeroa-Hangatiki 4c 2d 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Monday, the 17th day of June, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That all millable timber on the land be sold to the Parker Lamb Timber Company (Limited) at the price of 1s. per 100 superficial feet.”

“ That the land be sold to Albert and Richard Aubrey Symes for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ (1.) That the land be sold to Hugh Joseph Cameron for the amount of the Government valuation.
“ (2.) That the land be leased to Hugh Joseph Cameron for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ (1.) That the land be sold to Hugh Joseph Cameron for the amount of the Government valuation.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hauturu East B 2 2A 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Tuesday, the 18th day of June, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That timber rights over the land be granted to Herbert William Burch for the term of nine years, subject to royalties of 9d. per 100 superficial feet for white pine, and 1s. for rimu and matai.”
