MANILA GRAVEL AND GOLD DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at Dunedin on the 2nd day of May, 1918, the following resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily. And at the same meeting Messrs. R. A. Mathewson, Stock Exchange Buildings, Dunedin, and W. T. Monkman, 71 Bond Street, Dunedin, were appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of LE GRAND (LIMITED).

At a general meeting of the company held this day at the registered office of the company the following resolution was passed as a special resolution, and it is accordingly hereby resolved as follows:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the Companies Act, 1908; and that Arthur Maurice Anderson, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up; and that this resolution is passed as a special resolution.”
