corner of Section 10 of the said Glenmark Settlement,
Block XVI aforesaid; being a total distance of 16280·5 links,
more or less.

Also all that portion of road in the said land district and
county, commencing at the north-eastern corner of R.S. 7538,
Waipara Township, Block I, Teviotdale Survey District,
and running in a north-westerly direction generally for a
distance of 1283 links, more or less, between Section 23 of the
said Glenmark Settlement, the said R.S. 7538, Reserve 3982,
Section 13 of the Waipara Township, and the Christchurch–
Cheviot Railway Reserve, terminating at its junction with
the Omihi Valley Road; being a total distance of 1283 links,
more or less.

Also all that portion of road in the said land district and
county, commencing at the south-western corner of Sec-
tion No. 21 of the Glenmark Settlement, Block I, Teviotdale
Survey District, and running in a south-westerly direction
between School Reserve No. 3982 and the Christchurch–
Cheviot Railway Reserve, terminating at the south-western
corner of the said Reserve No. 3982; being a total distance
of 516·06 links, more or less.

As the said portions of road are more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44121, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Declaring Portion of Tahunaroa Road (Whangamomona to Wanganui River), in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth
day of May, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Tahunaroa Road (Whangamomona to
Wanganui River), in the Taranaki Land District, Whanga-
momona County, commencing at its junction with the
Whangamomona Valley Road at 11 miles 17 chains, and
proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoin-
ing or passing through Sections 4, 3, and part 5, Block XI,
Mahoe Survey District, and terminating at a point marked
14 miles 9 chains, being distant about three chains from the
boundary between Sections 11 and 12, Block XI aforesaid;
being a distance of 2 miles 72 chains, more or less. As the
said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 44095, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block II, Moutere Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth

Declaring Portions of Road in Block XII, Gore Survey District, Sounds County, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this seventh day
of May, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
Government roads.
