Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

Declaring Portions of Road in Blocks IX, VIII, and XII, Arapawa Survey District, to be Government Roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of April, 1918.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Prohibiting all Alienations of certain Native Lands other than Alienations in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of April, 1918.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienations of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

Reciprocal Application of Workers' Compensation Act, 1908, to New South Wales.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of April, 1918.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by section fifty-three of the Workers' Compensation Act, 1908, it is enacted that where the Governor-General is satisfied that by the laws of any other country within the dominion of the Crown compensation for accidents is payable to the relatives of a deceased worker, although they are resident in New Zealand, he may by Order in Council declare that relatives resident in that country shall have the same rights and remedies under the said Act as if resident in New Zealand: And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that by the laws of the State of New South Wales compensation for accidents is payable to the relatives of a deceased worker although they are resident in New Zealand:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section fifty-three of the Workers' Compensation Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that relatives of a deceased worker resident in the State of New South Wales shall have the same rights and remedies under the Workers' Compensation Act, 1908, as if resident in New Zealand.

Revoking License for Occupation of Foreshore of St. Heliers Bay, Hauraki Gulf.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of April, 1918.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 62, of the twenty-fifth day of the same month, Albert Francis Holdsworth, of Auckland, was licensed to occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark of St. Heliers Bay, Hauraki Gulf, as a site for a boat-shed for a period of fourteen years:
And whereas the licensee desires that the said license shall be revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the seventy-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and the rights and privileges thereby conferred.
