A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and of the Franklin County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Drury and Opaheke
Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents

and of the Southland County Council, being the local autho-
rity in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as
a road the land in Eyre District described in the Schedule
hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road: 1 rood 26 perches and 2 roods 2 perches.
Portion of Lot 4 (plan 1666), part of Section 3, Eyre Dis-
trict (Invercargill R.D.).

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, or enjoyment of the Gisborne-Rotorua
Railway, to take further land in Motu and Ngatapa Survey
Districts, in addition to land previously acquired for the
purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities conferred on me by sections thirteen, twenty-
nine, and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in any-
wise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
