Bounded towards the north generally by the Waerenga Stream; towards the south-east by a public road, 567·4 links; and towards the south-west by Allotment 279, Whangamarino Parish aforesaid, 300 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 21/25A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (Auckland plan No. 19134).

Amending the Description of a Reserve in the Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that where there has been any error of description made in any notification of any intended reserve, or where there appears a great discrepancy in the area of any intended reserve after the same shall have been surveyed, the Governor-General may cancel any notification that may have been made in respect of such reserve, and issue fresh notification in respect thereof with amended particulars and description: And whereas an error was made in the description of Section 1, Block LXV, Town of Rotorua, in the Auckland Land District, in the Warrants of the sixteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, and the nineteenth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 86, of the nineteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine and No. 1 of the fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred, respectively, reserving the land for a public pound-site, the said land having been described as Section 1, Block LXIV, Town of Rotorua, and it is expedient to cancel the said Warrants in so far as they relate to Section 1, Block LXIV, Town of Rotorua, Auckland Land District, aforesaid.
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrants of the nineteenth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, and the fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred, in so far as they relate to the said Section 1, Block LXIV, Town of Rotorua; and do declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be the land set apart for a public pound-site intended by the said Warrants.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Section 1, Block LXV, Town of Rotorua. Bounded towards the north by Eruera Street, 250·6 links; towards the east by Ranolf Street, 200·5 links; towards the south by a municipal reserve, 250·3 links; and towards the west by Section 15, Block LXV, aforesaid, 200 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2123, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (Auckland plan 13178).

Trustees for the Harihari Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

All that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 340 (in red), Block V, Poerua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the main South Road, a distance of 500 links; towards the east by Section No. 162, a distance of 100 links; towards the south by a line in a north-westerly direction, bearing N. 76° 53′ W., a distance of 500 links; and thence towards the west by a line in a north-easterly direction, bearing N. 13° 7′ E., a distance of 1000 links. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 2/348, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
