In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40016, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public Trust Office in the Borough of Palmerston North.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a Public Trust Office in the Borough of Palmerston North :
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a Public Trust Office; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eleventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 26·66 perches. Being Lot 1 on D.P. 263, being part of Original Section 658, Town of Palmerston North, situated in the Borough of Palmerston North.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43604, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a public school in Block XII, Onewhero Survey District :
And whereas the Education Board of the Education District of Auckland has laid before the Governor-General a memorial, accompanied by a map in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Education Act, 1914, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said public school as from the date hereinafter specified, and shall vest in the Education Board of the Education District of Auckland; and I do also hereby direct that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre. Portion of Allotment 45, Onewhero Parish, Block XII, Onewhero Survey District. (S.O. 19661.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43877, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Stopping a Government Road in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof :
And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped : 1 rood 26 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Ohuki No. 2B and Wharawhara 1B, Block XI, Tauranga Survey District. (S.O. 19834.)
