IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

Resolution passed on the 4th day of March, 1918.

IT was unanimously resolved by the members of the company, and the following minute signed in the minute-book:—
“That owing to the company having ceased operations the company go into voluntary liquidation; and that Oscar W. B. Anderson, Public Accountant, 213 Manchester Street, Christchurch, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.”
