Declaring Portion of the Waitotara Valley Road (Lower), in the Patea County, to be a County Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh day of March, 1918.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Patea County, known as the Waitotara Valley Road (Lower), commencing at the 13 miles 20 chains peg, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction through Rangitatau No. 1 Block, Block I, Nukumaru Survey District, and terminating at a point twenty-eight chains south of the southern boundary of Section 8, Block II, Nukumaru Survey District, being a distance of eighty chains, more or less.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43774, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Moki Road, in the Whangamomona County to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of Moki Road, in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, commencing at its junction with Rerekapa Road, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 8, Block II, E.R. 6, and part Section 7A, Block I, Pouatu Survey District, and terminating at a point on the boundary of the said Section 7A (at Dary’s woolshed), being a distance of 1 mile 45Β·50 chains.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43775, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Raetihi-Ohura Road, in the Waimarino County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, known as the Raetihi-Ohura Road, commencing at a point forty chains north of boundary between Sections 4 and 5, Block V, Manganui Survey District, proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction adjoining or passing through Sections part 4, 3, and part 2, Block VIII, Whirinaki Survey District, to a point fifty-three chains north-west of junction with the Ruatiti-Erua Road, being a distance of 2 miles 69 chains, more or less.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43761, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Whangamomona Valley Road, in the Whangamomona County, to be a County Road.

As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43833, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Tawhero Road, Okakune, to be under the Control and Management of the Ohakune Borough Council.
