Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohatu 4B No. 1c Block (90 acres 3 roods 14 perches) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 20th day of March, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Charles Boyd Duncan at the price of £5 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu No. 3B Block (187 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Thursday, the 21st day of March, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Roka Hamene for forty-two years at £1 5s. per acre per annum for the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value for the residue of the term.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Takahangapounamu 4G Block (136 acres 3 roods 15 perches) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Thursday, the 21st day of March, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Hoeroa Marumaru, of Parewanui, farmer, for twenty-one years at an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otamare Block (104 acres) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manaiā on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1918, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be leased to Rangihuna Pire for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government valuation. Lessee to covenant to protect graves and prevent sand-drifting.”
