Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road in
Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section five of the Land Act, 1908, it is
therein provided that every Proclamation, Order in
Council, or other instrument, whether made under any Act in
force prior to the commencement of that Act or made under
or by virtue of that Act, and all regulations, by-laws, con-
ditions, or rules made by the Governor-General, the Minister,
or any Land Board, may be altered, amended, or revoked
from time to time:
And whereas it is necessary to amend a Proclamation issued
under the said Act proclaiming land as a road in Block XIII,
Waitemata Survey District, dated the tenth day of January,
one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of the seventeenth day of that month,
and hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority
vested in me by the said Act, do hereby amend the said Pro-
clamation as follows—namely, by the addition thereto of the
words “Waipareira Parish” after the words “Portion of
Section 93A” in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of
New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued
under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth
day of February, in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described
in the Schedule hereto, and of the Hokianga County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the
said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land de-
scribed in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road: 3 roods 35·5 perches and 2 roods 30·8 perches.
Portions of Section 24, Block X, Mangamuka Survey Dis-
trict.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/542,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur Wil-
liam de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owner, lessee, and mortgagees of the lands
described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Coro-
mandel County Council, being the local authority in whose
district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the
lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby,
with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not
required.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal
