LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 189, folio 69, of the Register-book, in favour of JABEZ CHAPMAN, of Waikato, Farmer, for part of Lot 4 on plan 4160, which said parcel of land is portion of a block situated in the Komakorau Survey District originally granted to the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) on the 20th day of July, 1876, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 19th day of December, 1918.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said ALEXANDER FRASER and JOSEPH Ross, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the same style or firm as heretofore.
