Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketapu G Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That a lease of the Puketapu G Block be given to Cyril Victor Clayton for a term of twenty-one years from the 1st day of July, 1918, at a rental of £2 per acre for the first ten years, and at a rental of £2 5s. per acre for the last eleven years of the said term."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puhatikotiko 5B 2B 2 Block is summoned and will be held in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the Puhatikotiko 5B 2B 2 Block be sold to Henry Cheetham Jackson and Hetekia te Kani Pere, both of Gisborne, at or for the price of £980."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okahuatiu 1A 3A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That Okahuatiu 1A 3A Block be leased to Agnes Horsfall, of Ngatapa, widow, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the present Government value of the land."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okahuatiu 1A 3B Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the Okahuatiu 1A 3B Block be leased to Hohepa Kota, of Patutahi, aboriginal Native, for the term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the capital value of the said land."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohakuatiu 1A 2 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the Okahuatiu 1A 2 Block be leased to Hohepa Kota, of Patutahi, aboriginal Native, for the term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum of the capital value of the said land."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manukawhitikitiki 1A 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the Manukawhitikitiki No. 1A 3 Block be sold to John Edmund Brosnahan, of Kaitaratahi, sheep-farmer, for the sum of £1,922 4s."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tore-o-haua No. 18 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the Tore-o-haua No. 18 Block be sold to Rongowhakaata Arapeta at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the said land."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rakaiketeroa E 1 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Tuesday, the 14th day of January, 1919, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That a lease of the Rakaiketeroa E 1 Block be granted to Kenneth Charles Eastwood, of Te Karaka, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £1 10s. per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maunganui No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 17th day of January, 1919, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That the said land be leased to Puke te Rangi Cross at £35 per annum for a term of twenty-one years, with a right of renewal for a further twenty-one years at 5 per cent. on the then unimproved valuation."

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that the adjourned meetings of the owners of Hautu No. 1, Hautu No. 2, Hautu No. 4, Hautu No. 5, and Hautu No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Monday, the 13th day of January, 1919, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:

"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the lands or any part thereof be accepted."
