Revoking certain Orders in Council fixing the Maximum Prices of Oranges, Lemons, Vegetables, Apples, and Fish.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of December, 1918.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby revoke the several Orders in Council made under the authority of the said Act, and specified in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

  1. ORDER in Council, dated the 14th day of November, 1918, fixing the maximum retail prices of oranges and lemons in the City of Wellington, and the Boroughs of Hutt, Petone, Onslow, Miramar, and Karori.

  2. Order in Council, dated the 15th day of November, 1918, fixing the maximum wholesale and retail prices of oranges and lemons in New Zealand.

  3. Order in Council, dated the 18th day of November, 1918, fixing the maximum retail prices of vegetables, apples, and fish respectively within the City of Wellington, the Boroughs of Eastbourne, Karori, Lower Hutt, Miramar, Onslow, and Petone, the Town Districts of Johnsonville and Upper Hutt, and the Counties of Hutt and Makara.

  4. Order in Council, dated the 21st day of November, 1918, fixing the maximum retail prices of vegetables, apples, and fish respectively in New Zealand.
