Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihaha No. 2C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 17th day of January, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4A No. 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Friday, the 17th day of January, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4A No. 5 Block be sold to Valentine Herbert Blomfield and Steysel Ward Blomfield, of Rawhiti, Farmers, at the price of £1 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 1, Sections 1D 3, 1D No. 1, 1C 5, 1C 9, 1C 1, 1C 2, and 1C 6, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Saturday, the 18th day of January, 1919, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the agreement dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau No. 1 Block and the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) respecting road rights and rights for the cutting and removal of timber, &c., be varied, in so far as it affects Sections 1D 3, 1D 1, 1C 5, 1C 9, 1C 1, 1C 2, and 1C 6, so that the date of expiry shall be 25th June, 1922, instead of 25th June, 1920, the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), in consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement, making a cash payment to the owners as may be agreed.”
