SECOND SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 1, Block IX, Motu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Lot 2 of Section 1, Block IX aforesaid, 2609·5 links; towards the south-east generally by a public road, 956·5 links; towards the south-west generally by Section 4, Block IX aforesaid, 2588·4 links; and towards the north-west generally by the Moanui Road, 888·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/329A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
