A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Purua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

All situated in Parish of Maungatapere, Block XIV, Purua Survey District. (S.O. 20200.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45076, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
