of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority
in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a
road the land in Matakoe Survey District described in the
Schedule hereto.

Situated in Wairau Parish, Block XVI, Matakoe Survey
District. (S.O. 20180.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45182,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and of the Wairoa County Council, being
the local authority in whose district the said land is situ-
ated, proclaim as a road the land in Opoiti Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 acres 2 roods 24·9 perches.
Portion of Block 8, Block IX, Opoiti Survey District
(Poverty Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45175,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consents of the owners and lessee of the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Kaikoura County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the
said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Mount
Fyffe Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as
aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 acres 2 roods 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 56 and 57; coloured

All situated in Block VI, Mount Fyffe Survey District
(Kaikoura Suburban).
All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
